RESOLUTION NO. 2012-665
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID, APPROVAL OF
CONTRACT, BOND, CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE AND
AWARD OF CONTRACT TO MIDWEST IRRIGATION, LLC
OF EAST DUBUQUE, ILLINOIS, FOR THE 2012
RIVERFRONT SPORTS PARK IRRIGATION PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Contract, Bond and Certificate of Insurance with
Midwest Irrigation, LLC of East Dubuque, Illinois, in the amount,
of $91,380.00, in conjunction with the 2012 Riverfront Sports
Park Irrigation Project, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 2012.
