RESOLUTION NO. 2012-667
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLY AGREEMENT WITH
PERMEATE REFINING, LLC AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Alternative Fuel Mixture Supply Agreement dated June 25,
2012, in the amount of $.05 per gallon by Permeate for handling
fees, to the City of Waterloo, for a period of five (5) years,
commending June 5, 2012 - March 31, 2017 by and between Permeate
Refining, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June 2012.
