RESOLUTION NO. 2012-668
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF TAX
INCREMENT FUNDS FOR DEVELOPMENT IN THE
DOWNTOWN URBAN RENEWAL AREA TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the use of Downtown Urban Renewal Area Tax Increment
Financing funds for payment of legal services and costs related
to the TechWorks Campus development, in an amount not to exceed
$50,000.00, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
