RESOLUTION NO. 2012-675
RESOLUTION APPROVING RENEWAL OF GENERAL AND
AUTO LIABILITY, LAW ENFORCEMENT, PUBLIC
OFFICIALS, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS, AND UMBRELLA
INSURANCE WITH TRAVELERS INSURANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the renewal of general and auto liability, law enforcement,
public officials, errors and omissions, and umbrella insurance
with Travlers Insurance for a premium of $768,153.00, for the
period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
