RESOLUTION NO. 2012-679
RESOLUTION APPROVING HOUSING ENTERPRISE ZONE
PROGRAM AGREEMENT #12-HEZ-021 WITH BLACK HAWK
CONTRACTING & DEVELOPMENT, INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Housing Enterprise Zone Program Agreement #12-HEZ-021
dated June 25, 2012, for Enterprise Zone Waterloo EZ-8 in
conjunction with the construction of single family homes, by and
between Iowa Economic Development Authority, Black Hawk
Contracting & Development, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and authorizing the Mayor to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2012.
