RESOLUTION NO. 2012-738
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY B & B BUILDERS & SUPPLY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2012 SULLIVAN PARK
SHELTER PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa, has
under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $51,956.00 in
conjunction with the 2012 Sullivan Park Shelter Project, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance of Work, be and the same are hereby approved, and
authorizing the Mayor to execute said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2012.
