RESOLUTION NO. 2012-739
RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $10,000.00, FOR PAVEMENT
MAINTENANCE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated July 23, 2012, in the amount of
$10,000.00, for pavement maintenance at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2012.
