RESOLUTION NO. 2012-740
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION COMMERCIAL SERVICE VERTICAL
INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM (CSVI) GRANT
AGREEMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $103,234.00, FOR
REHABILITATION OF HANGARS AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Grant Agreement dated July 23, 2012, in the amount of
$103,234.00, for rehabilitation of hangars at the Waterloo
Regional Airport, by and between the Iowa Department of
Transportation Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure Program
(CSVI) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2012.
