RESOLUTION NO. 2012-744
RESOLUTION APPROVING EQUIPMENT USAGE
AGREEMENT AMENDMENT WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY
SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Equipment Usage Agreement dated July 23, 2012, between
the Black Hawk County Soil and Water Conservation District and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for use of water sampling equipment
when watershed assessments are being performed, be and the same
is hereby approved, and authorizing the Mayor to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2012.
