RESOLUTION NO. 2012-746
RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF INTENT FOR
NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL PERMIT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID NOTICE OF INTENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Notice of Intent for NPDES Coverage Under General Permit
dated July 23, 2012, for storm water discharges, in conjunction
with the F.Y. 2012 Byrnes Park Drainage Improvements Phases I &
II, Contract No. 822, by and between the Iowa Department of
Natural Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized and directe3d to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2012.
