RESOLUTION NO. 2012-750
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO
AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES WITH
CEDAR BEND HUMANE SOCIETY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement for Animal Control Services dated July 23,
2012, to extend animal control services through August 6 2012 to
allow for additional time to negotiate the FY13 contract, by and
between the Cedar Bend Humane Society of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2012.
