RESOLUTION NO. 2012-757
RESOLUTION FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
BID OPENING IN CONJUNCTION THE F.Y. 2012 LOU
HENRY HOOVER MEMORIAL SCULTURE GARDEN, CONTRACT
NO. 803, AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of August, 2012, for
the purpose of opening, awarding bids and acting upon the
proposed preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with The F.Y. 2012 Lou Henry Hoover Memorial
Sculpture Garden, Contract No. 803.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August 2012.
