Notice is hereby given That on the 18th
day of October. 2021, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City o1 Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a request by
the City of Waterloo to vacate 0.18 acres
of City owned right-of-way at East High
School at 214 High Street. and rescinding
Ordinance No. 2618, legally described as
follows:
THAT PORTION OF FREMONT STREET
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST
