RESOLUTION NO. 2021-643
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
SIDEWALK ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
433 EDWARDS STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $508.12; THE
400 BLOCK OF QUINCY STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$274.82; AND 503 NEWELL STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$338.83, AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY
BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the sidewalk assessment for property located at 433 Edwards Street, in the amount of
$508.12; the 400 block of Quincy Street, in the amount of $274.82; and 503 Newell Street, in the
amount of $338.83, are hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
