Re: Renewal of Contract for Enforcing Underage Drinking Laws is between the Iowa Department of Human
Services and Waterloo Police Department
Dear Tom:
This is to inform you that Cedar Valley's Promise Empowerment Policy Board, for Black Hawk
County wishes to exercise the option to renew the above Criminal Juvenile Justice Planning(Enforcing
Underage Drinking Laws) contract for one(1) additional final year, October 1, 2006—September 30,
2007 in the amount of$2,635.75. These funds will come from Criminal Juvenile Justice planning
funding. 100% of these funds are federal funds and may not be used as match for other federal funds.
All other sections of the original contract initiated December 15, 2005 remain in effect for this Renewal
period. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Renewal,please contact me at 319-291-
2603.
