RESOLUTION NO. 2021-694
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MODUS OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $9,600, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO CENTER OF THE ARTS - YOUTH PAVILION
PHASE I BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement dated October 18, 2021, between Modus of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $9,600, to provide
engineering services in conjunction with the Waterloo Center of the Arts - Youth Pavilion Phase I
Boiler Replacement Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18t'' day of October 2021.
