RESOLUTION NO. 2021-696 RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH C 10 INVESTMENTS, LLC, (JEFF STICKFORT), IN CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THE FORMER SCHOITZ HOSPITAL SITE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF KIMBALL AND RIDGEWAY AVENUES, WITH TAX REBATES AT SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT FOR TEN YEARS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development Agreement dated October 18, 2021, between C 10 Investments, LLC and the City of Waterloo, in conjunction with the demolition and redevelopment of the former Schoitz Hospital site, located at the northeast corner of Kimball and Ridgeway Avenues, with tax rebates at seventy-five percent for ten years, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October 2021.
