RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN INITIAL AMERICAN
RESCUE PLAN OF 2021 AWARD OF $89,039.65 OR FIVE
PERCENT OF THE TOTAL ALLOCATION, TO BE USED FOR
ADMINISTRATIVE AND PLANNING COSTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the initial award of $89,039.65 from American Rescue Plan 2021 funds are hereby
accepted to be used for administrative and planning costs to provide housing services and shelter
to individuals and other vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18t'' day of October 2021.
