RESOLUTION NO. 2021-688
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY
AGAINST CERTAIN PARCELS FOR UNPAID GARBAGE, SEWER,
WATER, AND STORM WATER FEES.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384.84(3)allows municipalities to certify for unpaid
garbage, sewer and storm water fees, to the benefited property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the Black Hawk County
Treasurer all unpaid garbage, sewer, water, and storm water fees, as contained in the schedule
now on file in the City Clerk's Office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18t'' day of October 2021.
