AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REZONE OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY, LOCATED AT 2830 GERALDINE
ROAD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by Northland Products Co., to rezone 5.19 acres from "M-1"
Light Industrial District to "M-1,C-Z" Conditional Zoning District to allow for compactors and a
drum washing system, in relation to a petroleum operation located at 2830 Geraldine Road, and
legally described as follows:
LOTS 7, 8 AND 9 OF SOUTH PORT 2ND ADDITION, WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
shall be and is hereby approved.

PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: October 18, 2021
