APPROXIMATELY THIRTY-TWO (32) ACRES FROM "A-1"
AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT AND "R-2" ONE AND TWO
FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "R-4,R-P" PLANNED
MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT, TO ALLOW FOR A DAY
