4a Adjust Allowance for Draft Tube Mixer Rehabilitation— (DEDUCT) ($360.00)
Bearing Replacement from$78,958 to $78,598 in
accordance with CAR No. 6 dated November 18,2020.
4b Reimbursement for damage to Insulating PRV/Flame (DEDUCT) ($1,388.59)
Arrestor Jacket which occurred during construction in
accordance with CAR No. 10 dated
September 20,2021,and revised based on the final
invoice for replacement dated October 13,2021.
Contractor is responsible for 50 percent of the cost.
