RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
The City of Waterloo, the present owner of the mortgage for the benefit of the
Waterloo Water Works hereinafter described, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, does hereby confirm that the following described real estate
situated in Black Hawk County, Iowa, to-wit:
Lot No. Five (5) in Steimel's Addition in Black Hawk County, Iowa
is hereby released from the lien of the real estate mortgage, executed by Terry L. Reiter and
Diane M. Reiter a/k/a Dianne Reiter on September 23, 1996, recorded in the records of the
Office of the Recorder of the County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, in Book 761 of City Lot
Mtg., at Pages 775 and 776.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as
in the singular or plural, and as masculine, feminine or neuter gender, according to the
context.
