AGREEMENT

Sports Facility and the City of Waterloo Leisure Services Department. The parties agree and
stipulate as follows:
1. That the Leisure Services Department is sponsoring an indoor soccer league for
participants ranging in age from third grade through high school.
2. That Leisure Services is in need of an indoor facility for this league.
3. That A. & C. Sports Facility is the owner of3, Wagner Road, Waterloo, Iowa, and
has agreed to rent this building to the Leisure Services Department for the use of the
soccer league.
4. The terms of the rental agreement are as follows:
a. The term of the lease will be from November 17, 2005, through March 31, 2006.
b. Leisure Services will pay to A. & C. Sports Facility the sum of Fifty Dollars
($50.00)per hour for the use of the facility.
c. Both parties will maintain the insurance they have in effect at this time and shall
make available copies of their insurance policies to the other party upon request.
d. A. & C. Sports Facility shall provide the building, the goals, restroom facilities,
and shall make certain the building is in a safe condition for the use of indoor
soccer. A. C. Sports Facility shall be responsible for maintenance and cleanup for
all areas used by the soccer participants, including the restrooms.
5. The representatives of A. & C. Sports Facility shall be designated as Christopher Huff
and Anthony Huff for purposes of notification, and the representative for the Leisure
Services Department shall be Mark Gallagher. Address for A. & C. Sports Facility is
T-rulWagner Road, Waterloo, Iowa, 50703; and the address for the Waterloo Leisure
efvices Department is 1101 Campbell, Waterloo, Iowa, 50701.
