AMENDMENT TO LEASE AND SECURITY AGREEMENT
This document is being executed by and between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, through the
Waterloo Airport Board(hereinafter"Lessor") and Nathan Engelkes (hereinafter"Lessee"). This
is an amendment to an original agreement that was executed by the parties in April of 2002.
The parties agree that there has been a change of circumstances since the original lease
agreement was executed in that the City has disposed of 4.78 acres of the original acreage
described in the original lease agreement. Because of this, the payments to be made under the
original lease agreement shall be reduced accordingly. That payment due December 1, 2005,
shall be reduced by the sum of Two Hundred Seventeen and 49/100 Dollars ($217.49) and each
payment due thereafter under the terms of the lease shall be reduced by a similar amount until
the lease is further modified or terminated by agreement of the parties.
The remaining portions of the lease shall remain in effect unchanged by this amendment.
