PURCHASE ORDER AMENDMENT NO. 2
THIS AMENDMENT, made this/9 day of December 2005 by and between, City of Waterloo, Iowa
the CLIENT, and HOWARD R. GREEN COMPANY(hereafter"HRG),for professional services concerning
Continued brownfields assessment activities for the former Chamberlain Manufacturing Company site
hereby amends the original Purchase Order dated January 29,2004 as follows:
The CLIENT and HRG agree to amend the Scope of Services of the original Purchase Order and previous amendments
as follows:
Baseline Groundwater Monitoring on and surrounding the former Chamberlain Manufacturing
Company site.
HRG Project Number 72293OJ23
In consideration for these services, the CLIENT AGREES to adjust the payment for services performed by HRG on the
following basis:
® Per current rate schedule with a maximum fee to be increased by ($ 30,000 )
The total authorized compensation after this Amendment,including the original Purchase Order, is
Three hundred twenty thousand dollars ($ 320,000 )
THIS AMENDMENT is subject to all provisions of the original Purchase Order.
THIS AMENDMENT,together with the original Purchase Order and all previous amendments represents the entire and integrated AGREEMENT between the CLIENT
and HRG.
THIS AMENDMENT executed the day and year written above.
