RESOLUTION NO. 2020-709 RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS NOVEMBER 12, 2021 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS NOVEMBER 15, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FY22 AMMUNITION BIDS, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE. Section 1. That the preliminary specification, bid document, etc. in conjunction with the purchase of Police Department FY22 Ammunition, as submitted by Police Captain DaMatt McGeough, are hereby approved. Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of Police Department FY22 Ammunition, be scheduled for November 12, 2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa. Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of November, 2020 to hold a public hearing, for the purpose of discussion and approval of the purchase of FY22 Police Department Ammunition. Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November 2021.
