RESOLUTION REJECTION ALL BIDS IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES,
CONTRACT NO. AB-2021-11-05P, FOR PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT 928 MULBERRY STREET, 1526 E. 4TH
STREET, 1527 E. 4TH STREET, 114 E. 10TH STREET, AND
105 E. 11TH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the recommendation to reject all bids, in conjunction with the Asbestos Abatement Services,
Contract No. AB-2021-11-05P, for properties located at 928 Mulberry Street, 1526 E. 4th Street,
1527 E. 4th Street, 114 E. l0th Street, and 105 E. l lth Street, be hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November 2021.
