RESOLUTION NO. 2021-713 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION SERVICES, CONTRACT NO. D-2021-11-03P, FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1027 SYCAMORE STREET, 325 W 13TH STREET, AND 742 GRANT AVENUE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition Services, Contract No. D-2021-11-03P, for properties located at 1027 Sycamore Street, 325 W 13th Street, and 742 Grant Avenue, and WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition Services, Contract No. D- 2021-11-03P, for properties located at 1027 Sycamore Street, 325 W 13th Street, and 742 Grant Avenue, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 1, 2021. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition Services, Contract No. D-2021-11-03P, for properties located at 1027 Sycamore Street, 325 W 13th Street, and 742 Grant Avenue, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
