RESOLUTION NO. 2021-715
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAGELLAN ADVISORS, LLC, FOR
THE DESIGN ENGINEERING AND PERMITTING OF A
FIBER-OPTIC NETWORK TO THE HOME, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $2,449,452, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 1, 2021, between Magellan Advisors,
LLC and the City of Waterloo, in the amount of $2,449,452, to provide Design Engineering and
Permitting of a Fiber -Optic network to the Home, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November 2021.
