RESOLUTION NO. 2021-717
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.,
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$498,000, FOR ENGINEERING AND
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
US HIGHWAY 63 SOUTH INTERCEPTOR SEWER UPGRADE
PHASE I PROJECT, SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 2,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 1, 2021, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $498,000, for
engineering and construction services, in conjunction with the US Highway 63 South Interceptor
Sewer Upgrade Phase I Project, Supplemental Agreement No. 2, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November 2021.
