RESOLUTION NO. 2021-721
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH BPC
PROPERTIES, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,402.91, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH RECONSTRUCTION OF THE PARK
AVENUE BRIDGE LOCATED AT 102 EAST PARK AVENUE,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement dated November 1, 2021,
between BPC Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo, in the amount of $3,402.91, of the
hereinafter described parcel, is for purposes of ingress and egress, in conjunction with
reconstruction of the Park Avenue Bridge located at 102 East Park Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Temporary Construction Easement Agreement between BPC
Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo for purposes of ingress and egress, in conjunction with
reconstruction of the Park Avenue Bridge located at 102 East Park Avenue, is accepted and
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of November 2021.
