RESOLUTION NO. 2021-722
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF WATERLOO AIR AND
RAIL PARK 2ND ADDITION, A 5-LOT COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION LOCATED EAST OF 2510 LEVERSEE ROAD,
INCLUDING A STORMWATER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, on this 1st day of November 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of the Waterloo Air and Rail Park 2nd Addition, a S-
lot commercial/industrial subdivision located east of 2510 Leversee Road, City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for approval by the City of Waterloo, along with a
Storm Water Facility Maintenance and Repair Agreement, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on May 11, 2021, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat and the Storm Water Facility Maintenance and Repair
Agreement has been considered and should receive approval of this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the City of Waterloo, for approval of the Final Plat of
Waterloo Air and Rail Park 2nd Addition, a 5-lot commercial/industrial subdivision located east
of 2510 Leversee Road, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, including the Storm Water
Facility Maintenance and Repair Agreement, are hereby approved
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November 2021.
