RESOLUTION NO. 2021-702
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
COST ESTIMATE, ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING
AS NOVEMBER 18, 2021 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
AS DECEMBER 6, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE TRAFFIC CONTROL ROOM REMODEL
PROJECT, IOWA DOT PROJECT NUMBER STP-U-8155(755)--
70-07, AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID
NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, cost estimate, etc., in conjunction
with the Traffic Control Room Remodel project, Iowa DOT Project Number STP-U-8155(755)--
70-07, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Traffic Control Room Remodel
project, Iowa DOT Project Number STP-U-8155(755)--70-07, be scheduled for November 18,
2021 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of December 2021, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Traffic Control Room Remodel project, Iowa DOT
Project Number STP-U-8155(755)--70-07.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of November 2021.
