NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 27th
day of May, 2014; at 5:30 p.m. in the Law
Court Theater at Waterloo Center for the
Arts, 225 Commercial Street; Waterloo,
1A, a public hearing will be held by the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the request by Corstang Enterprises, LLC
for a site pian amendment to the "B,P"
Business Park District, to allow for the
construction of a new 10,800 SP
A part of the NE Fractional'/4, Section 6,
Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the
5111 P.M., Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of
said NE Fractional 1A, thence
S00°45 25' E along the East line of said
NE Fractional 11/4 a distanceof80.00 feet
to the South right-of-way line of Ridgeway
Avenue (recorded as S0011452"E 80;00
feet in Deer Creek Plat No. 2); thence
S87°59'13"W along said South right-of-
wayline 594.74 feet tome Northeast
Lot One 489.84 feet to the Southeast
corner of said Lot One and point of
beginning (recorded as S35146'37"W
489.94 feet), said point also being the
Southwest corner of a .tract .of land
described in document #2006019794` in
the office of the Black Hawk County
recorder; of
S54149'04"Ealong the
Southerly line of said tract 300,21 feet to
thence N54146'64"W 307.79: feet; thence
N35°43'06"E 714.38 feet; thence 74,77
feet Northerly along a 120 foot radius
curve concave Westerly with a long chorea
bearing N17122'08"E 73.56 feet; thence
N00°28'50"W 67:45 feet to the Southwest
Corner of Deer Creek Plat No. 2; thence
N89°31'13"E'83.90 feet along the South
Line of Deer Creek Plat No. 2 to the point
of beginning containing 6.358 acres,
subject to easements and restrictions of
record:
Anyone interested may appear at that
time and place and be heard or may file
written objection with the City Clerk, City
Halt, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date set
for said hearing.-

rate of said newspaper, and that the following is a
correct bill for publishing said notice.
