RESOLUTION NO. 2021-736
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING POLICY TO APPROVE THE
PURCHASE OF A HOOP BUILDING FROM FREEDOM BUILDINGS,
INC., OF BELLE PLAINE, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $252,166.30
TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a hoop building from Freedom Buildings, Inc., of Belle Plaine, Iowa in
the amount of $252,166.30 to be constructed at the Public Works Facility site, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 2021.
