RESOLUTION NO. 2021-737
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT FOR 2021/2022
RESIDENTIAL/MISCELLANEOUS AREAS FOR CITY
OWNED LOTS GENERALLY ACQUIRED THROUGH IOWA
CODE 657A.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Planning and Development Director of said City to prepare and file plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the snow removal contract for
2021/2022 residential/miscellaneous areas for city owned lots generally acquired through Iowa
Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the snow removal contract for
2021/2022 residential/miscellaneous areas for city owned lots generally acquired through Iowa
Code 657A, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 15, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
snow removal contract for 2021/2022 residential/miscellaneous areas for city owned lots
generally acquired through Iowa Code 657A, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 2021.
