RESOLUTION NO. 2021-743
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT FY 22 AMMUNITION NEEDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Police Chief of said City to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the Police Department FY 22 Ammunition needs, and
WHEREAS, said Police Chief did file said specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the Police Department FY 22 Ammunition needs, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on November 15, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with the Police
Department FY 22 Ammunition needs, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in
accordance with said specifications.
