RESOLUTION NO. 2021-749
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY C 10 INVESTMENTS,
LLC, TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF SCHOITZ ADDITION, A 4-
LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION IN THE "S-1" SHOPPING
CENTER DISTRICT AND "R-3" MULTIPLE RESIDENCE
DISTRICT LOCATED AT 2101 KIMBALL AVENUE.
WHEREAS, on this 15th day of November 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of the Schoitz Addition, a 4-lot commercial
subdivision in the "S-1" Shopping Center District and "R-3" Multiple Residence District located
at 2101 Kimball Avenue, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, was presented for
approval by C 10 Investments, LLC, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the
Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on November 9, 2021, and
WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of C 10 Investments, LLC for approval the Schoitz
Addition, a 4-lot commercial subdivision in the "S-1" Shopping Center District and "R-3"
Multiple Residence District located at 2101 Kimball Avenue, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 2021.
