RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO PURCHASING PROCEDURES POLICY TO APPROVE
THE PURCHASE OF A 2022 DEMONSTRATION UNIT PETERBILT
GARBAGE TRUCK, IN THE AMOUNT OF $267,925.00, FROM
ELLIOTT EQUIPMENT OF DAVENPORT, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2022 demonstration unit Peterbilt garbage truck, in the amount of
$267,925.00, from Elliott Equipment of Davenport, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 2021.
