AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY ALBERTA
YOUNG TO VACATE 50 LINEAR FEET OF PUBLIC
SIDEWALK AT 914 SUMNER STREET, LOCATED IN THE
"R-2" ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by Alberta Young to vacate 50 linear feet of public sidewalk at
914 Sumner Street, located in the "R-2" One and Two Family Residence District, and legally
described as follows:
ROSEHILL FIRST ADDITION LOT 8 BLK 10, ALL IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated.
INTRODUCED: November 15, 2021
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: November 15, 2021
PASSED 2nd CONSIDERATION: November 15, 2021
PASSED 3rd CONSIDERATION: November 15, 2021
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November 2021.
