RESOLUTION NO. 2021-770 RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS DECEMBER 20, 2021, TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY TERRY GIBBS DBA B&G BUILDERS TO REZONE 0.749 ACRES FROM "R-2" ONE AND TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "M-1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, LOCATED ADJACENT TO 517 RHEY STREET, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th day of December 2021, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request by Terry Gibbs dba B&G Builders to rezone 0.749 acres from "R-2" One and Two -Family Residence District to "M-1" Light Industrial District, located adjacent to 517 Rhey Street. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2021.
