RESOLUTION NO. 2021-772
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
TRAFFIC CONTROL ROOM REMODEL PROJECT, IOWA
DOT PROJECT NUMBER STP-U-8155(755)--70-07.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Traffic Engineer of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in
conjunction with the Traffic Control Room Remodel Project, Iowa DOT Project Number STP-U-
8155(755)--70-07, and
WHEREAS, said Traffic Engineer did file said plans, specifications, bid documents, etc.,
in conjunction with the Traffic Control Room Remodel Project, Iowa DOT Project Number STP-
U-8155(755)--70-07, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December 6, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction with the
Traffic Control Room Remodel Project, Iowa DOT Project Number STP-U-8155(755)--70-07,
are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December 2021.
