RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO ADVANCED
ENVIRONMENTAL, OF WATERLOO, IOWA IN THE
AMOUNT OF $94,800.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
ASBESTOS ABATEMENT SERVICES CONTRACT AB-2021-
12-04P, FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 928 MULBERRY
STREET, 1526 E. 4TH STREET, 114 E. 10TH STREET, AND
105 E. 11TH STREET, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Advanced Environmental Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, submitted a bid
in conjunction with Asbestos Abatement Services Contract AB-2021-12-04P, for properties
located at 928 Mulberry Street, 1526 E. 4th Street, 114 E. l0th Street, and 105 E. l lth Street, in
the amount of $94,800.00, and is the apparent low bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the bid in the amount of $94,800.00, in conjunction with Asbestos
Abatement Services Contract AB-2021-12-04P, for properties located at 928 Mulberry Street,
1526 E. 4th Street, 114 E. l0th Street, and 105 E. 1 lth Street, is hereby accepted and awarded to
Advanced Environmental, Inc.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December 2020.
