RESOLUTION NO. 2021-777
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH PUSH, PEDAL, PULL OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF NEW FITNESS
EQUIPMENT AT THE CEDAR VALLEY SPORTSPLEX, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $204,620.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated December 6, 2021, between Push, Pedal, Pull of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $204,620.00, in conjunction with
the purchase of new fitness equipment at the Cedar Valley Sportsplex, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December 2021.
