RESOLUTION NO. 2021-779
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WEST
PORT A 5-LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN
THE "M-1" LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, EAST OF 3338
WEST AIRLINE HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, on this 6th day of December 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of West Port a 5-lot commercial subdivision,
located in the "M-1" Light Industrial District, east of 3338 West Airline Highway, was presented
for approval by L and BB, LLC, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on November 9, 2021,
and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by the City of Waterloo, West Port a 5-lot
commercial subdivision, located in the "M-1" Light Industrial District, east of 3338 West Airline
Highway, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December 2021.
