RESOLUTION NO. 2021-780
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH LINCOLN SAVINGS
BANK AND HAWKEYE COMMUNITY COLLEGE
FOUNDATION, TO CHANGE CONSTRUCTION TIMELINES,
PARTIES INVOLVED MOVING FORWARD, AND
INCENTIVES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amended Development Agreement dated December 6, 2021, between Lincoln Savings
Bank and Hawkeye Community College, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to an agreement
originally executed on June 5, 2012, to change construction timelines, parties involved moving
forward, and incentives, is hereby approved, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of December 2021.
