RESOLUTION NO. 2021-787
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK,
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY WOODRUFF
CONSTRUCTION, LLC, OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AT A
TOTAL COST OF $305,341, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS CONVENTION CENTER
SKYWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, Woodruff Construction, LLC, of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Skywalk Improvements Project,
and
WHEREAS, Woodruff Construction, LLC, has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by Council
May 4, 2020, Resolution No. 2020-302.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Woodruff Construction, LLC, at a total cost of $305,341, in
conjunction with the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center Skywalk Improvements Project,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2021.
