RESOLUTION NO. 2021-791
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 ST.
CROIX DRIVE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $94.17 AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK
HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the assessments for the property located at 110 St. Croix Drive, billed in error for water, sewer,
garbage, and storm water as follows:
Water - $25.17
Sewer - $37.80
Garbage - $21.60
Storm Water - $9.60
Total -- $94.17
are hereby cancelled, along with any penalties and interest accumulated against the amounts, and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December 2021.
