RESOLUTION NO. 2021-795 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO ON BEHALF OF GARY STEPHENS, AARON STEPHENS, AND TODD BORWIG FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BORWIG ADDITION, A 6-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED SOUTH OF 203 FAIRFIELD STREET. WHEREAS, on this 20th day of December 2021, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the Borwig Addition, a 6-lot residential subdivision located south of 203 Fairfield Street, was presented for approval by the City of Waterloo on behalf of Gary Stephens, Aaron Stephens, and Todd Borwig, and WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on December 6, 2021, and WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by the City of Waterloo, on behalf of Gary Stephens, Aaron Stephens, and Todd Borwig, of the Borwig Addition, a 6-lot residential subdivision located south of 203 Fairfield Street, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
